One of my most popular searches of lately on Fashion Funhouse Emporium has been Miu Miu's sparrow platforms.
When I saw that Barney's and Saks Fifth Avenue are now carrying them as well as Net a Porter, I felt it was my duty to let all of you know!

Miu Miu Bird Maryjane - Camel, $570.00 by Miu Miu at Barneys New York

Miu Miu Dove-Print Satin Clogs, $495.00 by Miu Miu at Saks Fifth Avenue
And then there are the clothes! Cat, trucker flap naked lady and of course, BIRDS!

Miu Miu Swallow-print silk dress, $2,075.00 by Miu Miu at Net-A-Porter
While they may cost you half or all of your pay check, they are a must have for those of us that have an obsession with Alfred Hitchock's thriller "The Birds."

Denim by the decade continues with two of the hottest movies stars of the 70's, Clint Eastwood and Diane Keaton.
Clint Eastwood

When it comes to denim on denim, Clint Eastwood doesn't care about a fashion faux pas. In the 1970's Clint rose to fame in "Dirty Harry" bringing both his kick your ass iconic fashion and image with him. Who knew that Clint would later collaborate on a clothing line of his own that included--golf shirts?!

Diane Keaton

Diane Keaton was too, a little rebellious when it came to the 1970's fashion scene. She starred in her first dramatic role as Kay Adams-Corleone in The Godfather (1972), but is perhaps best known for her roles in the quirky Woody Allen flicks like Manthattan, Sleepers and Annie Hall. And of course, her wardrobe in Annie Hall is the most referenced in fashion magazines when it comes to "menswear inspired."
